1. Using a diagram, illustrate the main internal and
external stakeholders in Shell. Set these out in a chart
that can be displayed on the classroom wall.
2. Choose two groups of stakeholders and then describe
ways in which Shell meets the needs of these two
groups.
3. Why does Shell find out about the views of Interest
groups and pressure groups? How can this
information help Shell to make better decisions?
4. Evaluate if it is possible for a business to meet the
needs of shareholders, customers, employees,
suppliers and society at the same time. How can a
balance of interests be achieved?
